DTE, Assam Recruitment 2020: Apply Online For 168 Grade III Posts @ Dte.Assam.Gov.In [Age Relaxation Added]

Director of Technical Education, Assam has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 50+118= 168 Grade III posts in various institutions. 

Out of which 50 vacancies are in 5 newly established Polytechnics at Tinsukia, Morigaon, Chirang, Udalguri & Hailakandi and 118 vacancies are in existing institutions under DTE, Assam. [Age relaxation added: See image given @ Age section]

1. Junior Assistant
No of posts: 15+48= 63 [UR-35, OBC-16, SC-2, STP-2, STH-4, EWS-4]

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Must possess Computer Skills & proficiency for handling data and text on Computer.
Pay: Rs.14,000-60,500 plus GP Rs.6,200/-

2. Junior Instructor
No of posts: 25+58= 83 [UR-31, OBC-24, SC-4, STP-10, STH-8, EWS-4, PWD-2]

Educational Qualification: Passed HSLC or TSLC and having Certificate from ITI or equivalent in appropriate trade with 5 years of experience in the relevant trade. The experience must be from Govt. recognized organisation.
Pay: Rs.14,000-60,500 plus GP Rs.6,800/-

3. Scientific Assistant (Physics)
No of posts: 05+6=11

Educational Qualification: Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Preference will be given to candidates having Major/ Honours in Physics at Degree level.
Pay: Rs.14,000-60,500 plus GP Rs.7,400/-

4. Scientific Assistant (Chemistry)
No of posts: 05+6=11 

Educational Qualification: Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.  Preference will be given to candidates having Major/ Honours in Chemistry at Degree level.
Pay: Rs.14,000-60,500 plus GP Rs.7,400/-

Age: Candidates must not be less than 18 years and more than 38 years of age on 01.01.2020. However, the upper age limit is relaxable as per existing Govt. rules.

How to apply: Candidates are requested to apply online in the Official website of Directorate of Technical Education, Assam by logging into www.dte.assam.gov.in .

The Online Application will start from 29.02.2020 and will remain open till 20.03.2020 23-03-2020, 6 PM.


The Online Application will start from 01.09.2020 and will remain open till 07.09.2020.

The candidate must upload the scan copy of the proof of Permanent resident of Assam (Voter ID/PRC), Qualifying examination, Age, Caste etc. along with recent passport size photograph and specimen signature at the time of online application.
