Assam Police Excise Department has released a notification for the recruitment of 36 Grade III  Junior Assistant, Assistant Chemist & Driver Vacancy under Assam police Excise Department.

1. Junior Assistant

No of posts : 12 Posts

Educational qualification : The candidate must be a Graduate in any stream from a recognized College/Institutions affiliated to a recognized University and must possess Computer Skills from a recognized institute for handling data and text on computer.

Pay : 14,000-60,500/- + GP Rs. 6200/- with other allowances as admissible under the rules.

2. Driver 

No of Posts : 20 Posts

Educational qualification : 

* Minimum HSLC passed from any recognize Board and Council

* Must have proficiency in Driving.

* Must possess a valid four wheeler driving License (LMV) issued by Competent Authority.

Pay : 14,000-60,500/- + GP Rs. 5,200/- with other allowances as admissible under the rules.

3) Assistant Chemist

No of Posts : 04 Posts

Educational qualification : B.Sc with Chemistry as one of the subject from a recognized University.

Pay: 14,000-60,500/- + GP Rs. 5,200/- with other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Age Limit : 18 to 40 Years as on 1st January of 2020.

Upper age limit will be relaxed for: 

* 1. 5 (five) years in respect of candidates belonging to SC,ST.

* 2. 3 (three) years in respect of candidates belonging to OBC,MOBC.

* Upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years in respect of Trained Home Guards who have served for a minimum period of 3 years or more.
